Our solutions specialists work with you to write your own plan. We offer competitive rates for our services that coach you through the entire process. We take great pride in this methodology as the plan developed is 100% client driven and can demonstrate greater client connectivity than a consultant based plan.
The normal amount of client sessions for business plan development is 10-15 sessions. You will be required to complete work on the plan in between appointments in order to keep the process moving forward.
This will depend on the subject matter requested. We normally suggest weekly meetings while working on business plans. This schedule will permit appropriate time between appointments to continue the work required on the document. If the subject is very specific and requires immediate attention meetings can be booked back to back if needed.
Our advisors offer flexible meetings times to accommodate your personal schedule. Appointments can be made outside of "regular" business hours and even on weekends (only if it's raining :) ) if required.
We currently offer our training workshops on the ZOOM platform and will be looking to host in person sessions shortly. We are open to working with organizations for onsite training workshops as all of our workshops can be customized to suit.
We often encourage this process. After the consultation session is completely our business advisors/coaches will provide a "road map" for you to review which will outline their recommendations for services. We often incorporate pieces of workshops during our client service sessions as a wrap around approach to our services.
