"During my collective experiences in various work locations across the North the common theme was apparent; the investment needs to start with the client.  The biggest resource of any small business is the owner. They are the foundation that the business is built on yet they often receive little to no personal support as they transition into self employment. This is an exciting path they have chosen; it is rewarding while also challenging and it always helps to have support as you chart out your new path.
